Introduction

Welcome.  My name is Darren Fauci and I am currently enrolled in the Business Administration Operations Management program at Durham Technical Community College.  The Human Resource Management class is very interesting and is opening my eyes to just how dynamic this function of business is.  The concepts and methodologies learned in this subject along with the other business administration courses will undoubtedly be essential for the practical application and success in the real world.
